These reports have been created to help you review employee ACA data. Forms 1095-C will be generated for employees who calculate an ACA Status of FT for any month in the reporting year. The data in these reports will populate onto employee Forms 1095-C.
Please note that, ultimately, it is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of all 1094-C and 1095-C data, and you should review these reports carefully. There may be circumstances in which you will need to customize your entries in respect of your company's particular circumstances. If inaccurate forms were to be submitted to the IRS or employees, the company could be subject to IRS penalties for incorrect returns and information statements.
