Advanced Scheduler Related Security Settings

There are two primary settings that impact a users access to manage schedules in advanced scheduler:

1) Security Profile - Defines what areas of the system they have access to

2) Managed Scheduled Cost Center - Defines which particular schedules the user can access.  This is assigned on the Schedules tab of the employee profile.
