Client Communication: Free Labor Law Poster with New Update Service

Hi Everyone,

Since most clients will have received their new poster in the mail this week, tomorrow at 2pm, the below email communication will go out to clients that have been opted into our new Labor Law Poster Compliance with e-update service.    As per our training last week, the admin team will be processing any opt outs, questions, or other items related, so please be sure to categorize the Severity, Type, and Status (when known) so that the team can easily identify the tickets and respond accordingly.  In most cases, tickets can remain assigned to their CSR for visibility purposes in case a client calls in.

Don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions.

Thanks,
