HR Add On Transition to Service Process
The purpose of this document is to define the process to transition a new or current client from Implementation to Service for any HR add-on modules
HR Implementation Specialist:
- Creates account transition ticket:
- Name = "XXXXX Products Transition to Service"
- Snippet = "HR Add On Transition to Service Template" and completes/updates notes throughout the implementation process
- Products = All applicable products being transitioned
- Category = "Account Transition"
- Sub Category = "Implementation in Progress"
- Determine if client is ready for transition to service, ask the following questions to evaluate readiness:
- Live Training sessions have been conducted and recorded?
- What is clients comfort level in system? Do they know how to process complete and manage HR tasks within system?
- Are there any open items still pending on your set up?
- How was their training?
- How was their implementation experience?
- Is client aware of resources?
- Assigns ticket to Implementation Manager
Implementation Manager:
- Sends Implementation Survey
- Assigns ticket to client's assigned Service Representative
- Pipeline = "Service"

HR Implementation Specialist & Service Representative:
- Conduct internal meeting with assigned service representative to review client
- Conduct phone call with client to hand off
