1. Click on Main menu
2. Click on Settings
3. Click on Payroll Setup
4. Click on Earnings Codes
5. Click on ADD NEW EARNING CODE
6. Click on dropdown and select the appropriate Roll up Earning
Most Time Offs will be "Regular"
7. Click on OK
8. Give your new Earning Code a Code and a Name
9. Check appropriate boxes, based on how this Earning should appear on the employees' pay statements
10. Enter GL code, if necessary
11. Check box for any Earnings Lists this new Earning should be part of
12. Click on SAVE
13. Click on Main menu
14. Click on Settings
15. Click on Time & Labor Setup
16. Click on TLM List Definitions
17. Click on Counters
18. Click on ADD NEW
19. Give your Counter a Name, and make sure the correct Type is selected
20. Scroll to the bottom. In the "Part of the Following Lists" area, click "New List" button. Make a name for your new list and click "OK" Check the box for your new List to include this new Counter in that List.
21. Click on SAVE
22. Click on Main menu
23. Click on Settings
24. Click on Global Setup
25. Click on Time Offs
26. Click on an existing Time Off, if one exists
27. Click "Add New (Child)"
28. Give your Time Off a Name, select your newly created Counter in the dropdown, and click "Save"
29. Click on Main menu
30. Click on Settings
31. Click on Time & Labor Setup
32. Click on Export
33. Click on Payroll Export Codes
34. Click on pencil to go inside Listing
35. Click on Add button
36. Give it a description
37. Click on dropdown for "Earning/Deduction Code", under the "Payroll Import Settings" area
38. Select your newly created Earning Code
39. Click on View Counter Lists icon, in the Counter field under "Pay Record" area
40. Click on Flag for your newly created Counter List
41. Click on Add
42. Click on SAVE
