What is the Employee Self Service (ESS) portal?
The Employee Self Service (ESS) portal serves as a centralized hub for employees, providing them with easy access to essential information and services. Depending on the specific configuration set by the organization, employees can view their pay stubs, timesheets, W-2 forms, personal details, payroll data, and much more. Additionally, they can submit requests and manage various aspects of their employment conveniently within the portal.
How does it work?
Employees can access the ESS portal through a web browser or mobile app. After logging in, they can easily navigate their personal and company information using the main menu, start menus, widgets, tiles, or links. Each section offers options to perform various actions, such as submitting a time-off request.
How do client's sign up?
Clients will collaborate with the sales team to arrange a demonstration of the Employee Self Service (ESS) portal. After the demo, clients will review and sign the pricing agreement with the sales team. The ESS portal is included with most product offerings, with the exception of clients who have opted for PAYROLL ONLY. These clients will need to specifically choose to utilize the ESS portal during their discussions with the sales team.
