Historical Timesheets Corrections and Retro Pay

Feature Enablement: Historical Corrections and Retro Pay
IMPORTANT: These features are only available to client with both Timekeeping and Payroll

1. Turn on under Available Functionality:
   
   
   
2. Add Security for Correction Timesheet in the Payroll Admin
   
   
   
   NOTE: Optionally, ESS Security can be added for employees to submit or view their own timesheet corrections.
   
   
3. Verify if the client will use their normal earning codes for any corrections or if they need new ones created.  No action is needed if they are using the same earning codes.
   
   If new ones are needed, specific mapping needs to be setup in the Payroll Export Codes list after the earning codes have been created.
   This can be done using the Record Type setting shown below:
