      How To -- Add an EB Support Case

      • Click Add Case
      • Enter Subject- Suggest to put in Client ID and Client name with short description
        • Ex. 90240 Puget Sound Hospitality- Guardian file feed error
      • Add Description of the issue. Be as detailed as possible
