Purpose Statement

This document outlines the steps for configuring Hiring Stages


Configuring Hiring Stages

  1. From the Admin tab, go to Company Settings>HR Setup>Applicant Tracking/Recruitment>Hiring Stages
    Note: The model company comes with a default list of Hiring Stages that can be edited/deleted until they are assigned to an applicant’s record.

  2.   Click on Add New to create a new Hiring Stage.

  3.   Once inside the Hiring Stage set-up screen, enter the required information to be displayed.

  • Name: Name of the Hiring Stage as you want it to be displayed in the applicant’s record
  • Stage Name (As Shown To Applicants): Name of the Hiring Stage as you want it to be displayed to the applicant when they check the status of their application. You may leave this blank
  • Sort Order: Enter a number to decide the order which this Hiring Stage will appear in the widget when selecting
  • Workflow: From the drop down box, you can select what workflow will be triggered when moving an applicant to this Hiring Stage.
 4.   Once you have completed all the necessary fields, click Save in the top right corner.
