This document outlines the steps for configuring Job Change Reasons


Configuring the Job Change Reasons

From the Admin tab, go to Company Settings>HR Setup>Job Change Reason Codes

Note: The model comes with a list of default Job Change Reason Codes. These types can be deleted until they are used on an employee record.

  1. Click on Add New to create a new Job Change Reason
  2. A pop-up box will appear asking for a Type for this Job Change Reason. Select the appropriate Type and click OK.
  3. You will be brought in to the set-up screen for the Job Change Reason
  • Type: A non-editable field that shows the Type selected in the previous screen
  • Name: The name of the Job Change Reason as you would like it to display on the employee record and reports
  • Descriptions: Allows you to add any additional information in regard to this Job Change Reason Code
4.    Click Save to update settings if necessary
