Go to Everything Benefits > Cases > All Cases
Click on the pencil of the case you want to review or search for the case number.
You can then review the activity on the case.
Change Requests
Go to Everything Benefits > Change Requests > All Change Requests
- All change requests will be here
Search for the client
This page you can see what the change request submitted was for and what the note was on the change.
Implemenations
Go to Everything Benefits > Client Configuration > Implementations
- Shows all clients enrolled in EB
This will show you everything about the client
You can review all emails on all products and carriers by clicking on the pencil next to the carrier you want to review
