There is a login link on our website here and the link can be added in a clients environment as start/favorite. Here is the direct link: https://apps.trustmineral.com/auth/login
Clients with HR get one free account included. They can pay to have more accounts or upgrade their account to add HR On-Demand which allows them to submit HR related questions / cases for HR consultative services. Most clients share their one account across their team to access the wealth of resources available in the support center without paying for additional accounts.
New accounts can be requested by emailing Product@paynw.com with the Name, email address, company name, and company short ID. Please note whether this is a new account, replacing an old account, or an additional account.
