What is it?

Learning is a learning management system powered by SchooX, housed within the UKG Ready application. Learning enables you to support a holistic approach to learning by providing a seamless learning management solution that engages employees and aligns learning to your compliance, training, and development efforts. You’ll be able to easily store, curate, and share content while also getting real-time insights into employee learning progress. And you’ll be able to provide a best-in-class employee
experience by enabling employees to share knowledge and track progress at any time and from any device.

Time to Implement
2-4 weeks. The implementation takes about 15 minutes to turn on the module for the client and a few days of waiting on UKG.  Clients will need some basic navigational training. Clients with their own current training program may require additional assistance importing their program into the Learning environment.  Clients may take longer building out their own classes and courses or sourcing them through the marketplace.
 
Partner Experience Feedback
  • Competitive with other LMS tools and attractive to any client who has worked with an LMS before. 

  • The integration is ok, but I ‘m hopeful that it will really improve over time.  Some of it is hampered by the UKG Ready API, so there’s some items (like transferring employee photos) that might be a long time coming.

  • The lack of included content makes it a harder sell to small employers. 

  • The marketplace is a nice option, but I wish we could include some kind of bundle as part of the base fees to get folks started.

  • Clients who have signed up have loved it.  Generally though we only see interest from clients  with individuals with dedicated trainers.  Clients just trying to add this in as an extra HR task get tripped up by the lack of content (compared to something like HR Classroom) and the flexibility/complexity of the tool.  Folks with a training background don’t seem to have that issue though.

  • SchooX agreement have some intense requirements around insurance that they are not willing to bend on.
