Steps:
1. Discovery: During the Discovery phase, the implementation specialist will initiate the first call with the client. They will make use of the Learning Discovery Document located in the G drive > Implementation > Discovery Documents.
Tips: Prior to Discovery, it is recommended to complete as much of the Discovery document as possible with appropriate company and admin information. You should review client cost center details and HR jobs to ensure your familiar with their setup.
Important: You need to set proper timeline expectations for implementation. UKG will begin billing us once a Learning Profile is assigned to an employee. The goal is to complete implementation within 30 days.
2. Build: After completing the discovery document, reach out to PayNW’s UKG PSM, currently Andrew Stigliano at Andrew.stigliano@paynw.com, to inform him about a client interested in adding the Ready Learning Academy. Andrew will then forward the request to the UKG enablement team. The construction of the academy typically takes 24-72 business hours to finalize, and Andrew will notify you once it is ready.
3. Security Settings: Update security settings as shown below.

4. Assign Learning Profiles: Access the employee profiles for the Company Approved Contacts listed in the Discovery document. Assign the suitable Learning profile to each individual.
Important: To access the Learning Academy, you need to shadow in as a client admin. Navigate to Team > Learning > Learning > Access Learning.
5. Initial Training: Schedule the initial training session with the client administrator. This training aims to familiarize them with navigating the academy, customizing the academy's theme to match their company branding, developing courses, and designing learning paths. After the training, provide the client admin with the links to the guides below. The client should be given 1-2 weeks to upload their content to the academy and start crafting their courses and curriculum.

Important: Clients looking to license content with Schoox will need to be connected with a Schoox content specialist. You will send an email to marketplacecontent@schoox.com. Please reference the Schoox Content email template found in G drive > Implementation > Email Templates.
6. Second Training: Schedule the second training call. The purpose of this training is to show the client admin how to assign Learning profiles to employees, managers, and other administrators. You will also show how to assign courses/curriculum to employees either by manual assignment or auto assignment based on specific criteria. Allow the client admin time 1-2 weeks to complete their assignments.
Note: Client should advise employees that have access to the Google play store or Apple store to download the HCMLearningtoGo Mobile App. This allows employees to access their Learning academy from their mobile devices and is integrated with the HCMtoGo app. A link to the mobile app guide was provided above.
7. Final Training: Schedule final training call. The purpose of this training is to assist the client admin with any issues or questions the client may have before they officially go live with LMS.
8. Go Live: Inform billing client is now live with LMS. Update client’s LMS product status to Active. Inform CSR client is Live with LMS.
