New Hire reports are Data Exports that live in our Admin company. They are programmed to pull only employee records with the “Add to New Hire Export” box checked at the time the report is being run, which is currently done by the admin team each Friday. Upon running, the system will uncheck the box to ensure the employee is not reported on future reports.
Checking the box is the only way to add an employee to the export. The system will report each employee with the name, address, SSN, and hire dates, regardless of what the dates are, if the box is checked. No need to further differentiate between recent and past entries.
