      Template- NoahFace Client Initial Communication

      Hi,

      Thanks for signing up for the NoahFace facial recognition timeclock. As one of our fastest timeclocks, it is sure to shorten the time employee spend clocking in and out.

       

      The setup process on your end should go pretty smoothly once you have the following on hand:

       

        1. iPad - any version IOS 11.1 and higher. 
        2. iPad Stand  - Here are some optional recommendations:

          • Beelta. Sturdy, strong, and economical.

      Once you get your iPad, let me know so we can schedule time to set it up together.  I'm attaching a guide for you to review on how to setup the iPad and recommendations for where and how to mount it.  Please download the NoahFace app before we meet.

       

      To help me with the setup on my end can you confirm a few details for me:

       

      What company will this clock be used for and where will it be located?

      Are you looking to use the timeclock for anything other than clocking in or out? (i.e. choosing a cost center, etc.)
