Recap and Funding Report - Final Amounts for Guaranteed Funds to Wire

IMPORTANT: Final vendor amounts and invoicing do not occur until a payroll is in a finalized state. In order to get the true amount a Guaranteed Funds client needs to wire, you will need to do the following:

  1. Finalize the payroll
  2. Download the recap for the totals
  3. Roll the payroll back and leave it in submitted state until the funding is confirmed (this ensures the client cannot make changes to the totals)

When finalized, the amount listed as the PayNorthwestLLC Debit is the total amount the client needs to wire. It includes all employee amounts, taxes, invoices, and vendor payments for the payroll.
