Overview: SFTP delivery settings can now be configured for data export files.
STEP 1: Create a new Delivery Destination with the appropriate SFTP settings. The client should provide this information.
NOTE: You will need to add an email delivery destination setting for the failure notifications. Be sure to ask the client who they want that failure email to go to. The failure notification should clearly indicate the failed delivery and include the CSR email address as well as client designated contact(s).
STEP 3:
Assign the delivery destination to the data export within the schedule settings:
NOTE: if the data export is delivered with payroll (not time based) then you will need to create a delivery policy with the SFTP delivery destination to assign the policy to the data export.
