As of November 2020, the system now supports wet signatures for I9s, Benefit Enrollments, and Custom Forms for employees and applicants. Other government forms or other areas of the system are not supported yet, notable Witholding forms, performance reviews, or other areas where an employee is prompted to sign. Where wet signature is not supported, the system will prompt for the employee's password or whatever signature settings are enabled for the company.
Enabling Wet Signatures:
Navigate to Company Settings > Global Setup > Company Setup - Global Polices Tab
Likely the signature settings widget may not be visible, in which case you will need to Edit the Tabs to bring in the Signature Settings widget first.
Check the boxes to enable Wet Signature for I9, Benefit Enrollment, and Custom Forms and Save.
Once enabled, employees will be prompted for a wet signature that can be completed on a touch screen or with a mouse on a desktop.
