What is Single Sign-On (SSO)?
Single sign-on (SSO) is an authentication process that allows a user to access multiple applications with a single set of credentials. This means that users only need to enter their username and password once, and then they can access all of the applications that are enabled for SSO without having to log in again.
How Does SSO Work?
SSO works by using a central identity provider (IDP) to manage user credentials. The IDP is a trusted third-party that authenticates users and provides them with access tokens. When a user tries to log in to an SSO-enabled application, the application redirects the user to the IDP. The user then enters their credentials into the IDP, and the IDP authenticates the user. If the authentication is successful, the IDP provides the user with an access token. The user can then use the access token to log in to the SSO-enabled application.
What Type of SSO is Available?
You can use SAML 2.0 or OAuth 2.0 for Single Sign-On authorizations.
Does PayNW Charge for SSO?
