What is the API Web Services & Integrations product?

This product is used for creating an integration between the PayNW HCM system and another platform the client uses.  PayNW creates the integration gateway or door via a service account and then a client is responsible for building the integration or using their own resources to do so.

 

How does it work?

The product team will create a 'Service Account' along with a username, password, security access, group access, and the API key.  This information allows another party to then pull or push data via the API to or from the system accordingly.

 

How do client's signup?

Email acknowledgement of $250 setup fee and ongoing $15 per month charge.
