What is Emailed Reports?
Clients can sign up to receive reports via email, SFTP, or Middleware, and they have the flexibility to choose the recipients. Reports can be scheduled to be sent at their preferred frequency, such as daily, weekly, or monthly.
How it works?
When you select Schedule Report in the Actions menu of a report, you have options to determine where the report will end up after it is run. The permission allowing users to schedule reports via delivery destinations, Schedule to Delivery Destination, is located in the security profile on the Reports tab in the Security Items widget. Users with permission to schedule to delivery destinations and schedule saved reports can access the complete list of delivery destinations, including SFTP, Middleware Printer/Remote File Delivery, and Email.
How to do client's sign up?
Client will work with sales to review and sign pricing sheet. CSR or CSS will complete setup for the client.
