What is the Labor Law Poster Compliance product?
This product helps clients stay current on workplace posting requirements as required by federal, state, and local authorities.
How does it work?
By signing up they receive an all inclusive poster that they can post in a common area like a break room for their employees to see. Whenever a local, state, or federal posting requirement changes they will receive an email letting them know about it and a link to print out the updated posting to post for employees to see. Then on their enrollment anniversary each year, they will be sent a new physical poster. If clients would like to receive a new physical poster each time in addition to an email, they can upgrade their service level.

What to do if a client needs to make a change.
If a client needs to change an address or update the email address receiving the poster compliance updates, create a ticket and assign it to the Labor Law Poster Product notating the information that needs to be updated. Assign the ticket to Monica Miller to update the poster portal.
