The security profile is the only place where this setting resides.   
 
The best approach is first to see how frequently this happens.  Then find out if they are getting the popup that their session is about to expire and to continue or if they are being kicked out without it.  Also, if they use multiple browsers or tabs that could be something to consider.
 
Outside the company there is a report for System Account Session.  I can see that in the morning of 2-29 she had 2 logout reasons for "relogin".  This indicates they may have opened another tab or browser and went to the login screen.
