Long Term Care is calculated as follows: Gross wages x .0058 = total premium with no wage cap. Employees with valid waivers should be marked as exempt from the tax on their employee profile.
NOTE: These settings are not available on the employee until the tax has been added at the company level first.
WA Long Term Care Employee Exemption

Steps:
- Filter the State/Province column to 'Washington'.
- For employees with a valid waiver, click the edit pencil next to the Washington state tax jurisdiction.
- Locate Washington Long-Term Care Insurance (LTI)add a new row and effective date to the date specified in the letter. Then choose under the EE Withhold column the Exempt setting.
